Handwoven strips can bleed if they are washed like cotton, so kente is tested in a hidden spot and dry cleaned, never machine-washed.

Suits kept in shape
Jackets, trousers and waistcoats are cleaned and steam-pressed with the lapel roll and shoulder left soft, not flattened.

Wedding gowns checked by hand
Beading, lace, sequins and the train are inspected and secured before cleaning, then the gown is hung, stuffed and covered.

- Can you dry clean kente cloth?
- Yes. Kente is spot-tested for colour-fastness first, then dry cleaned and pressed by hand. We never put handwoven kente in a washing machine.
- Do you clean wedding gowns?
- Yes — wedding and bridesmaid gowns. Beading and lace are checked before cleaning, stains are pre-treated by type, and the gown comes back hung and covered.
- Do you clean suits?
- Yes, suits, tuxedos and blazers are dry cleaned and steam-pressed. If you need one back quickly, call us and we will tell you whether same-day is possible.
- How much does it cost to clean a wedding gown or kente?
- Every gown and cloth is different, so we quote per piece. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you will have a price before we start.
