What happens next

- 01We confirm the slotUsually the same day, on WhatsApp or by phone. If the window you asked for is full we will offer you the nearest one.
- 02Counted at your doorThe rider lists your items in front of you before anything leaves, so the bundle that goes out is the bundle that comes back.
- 03Quoted before we startYou get a firm price for your actual bundle, and the day it will be ready, before any work begins.
- 04Back in your handsCleaned, pressed, wrapped and returned to your door on the agreed day — or held at the counter if you would rather collect.

If your area is not on the list, send it anyway — we cover more ground than we can sensibly print, and we would rather tell you yes or no than have you guess.
