We reply with a figure
Usually the same day, during opening hours — Monday – Saturday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. If an item needs a closer look, we will ask for a photo.

Counted at handover
At the counter or at your door, your items are counted and listed in front of you. The price is confirmed against the real bundle.
03
Ready on the day we said
You get the ready date with the quote. If a mark survives or a crease comes out wrong, we clean it again at no charge.
